Perfectly cooked brownies EVERY time
I have bought six or more of these for myself and my family. The pan's size and low rim make for the perfect brownie. I mainly use my pan for the family recipe for "chewy squares", a version of light brownies. My recipe cooks perfectly in the pan EVERY time. Calphalon manufactures high quality products. Make sure to use nylon utensils with this pan to avoid scratching. The durable plastic salad knife works well for slicing cakes/chew squares without leaving knife marks on the pan.
