Poor suction based on

This sharpener is not the safest to use as the "suction cup" does not stabilize it on any surface I use. Likewise, the silicone rubber base doesn't provide enough friction to keep it from slipping when you least want to move it. However, it works great as a sharpener and the cost is low. Just be careful when using it.
