Like after fixing the problem. When I took it out of the box and tried to assemble it, it wouldn't connect! The piece of fabric was sewn in the wrong size. I've tried rotating it, but it's a rectangle, not a square, so it can only really move in one direction. I spent about 45 minutes ripping two seams and sewing them differently to make the sides wider. Then it fits. But my seams don't look so nice. When you buy something, you don't want to put your OWN work into it. The cats love it though, the simple wood design looks great in the living room and I suspect what I got was just an odd defect and not all are like that. That's why I gave 4 stars.
