I like that it can be used in an office environment. It allows me to keep many different files together under one window. Because you can have multiple documents open at once, you are always aware of what your coworker is working on. The program has not been updated since 2013, so some functions do not work as well with today's technology. You cannot easily add new characters and fonts. There should also be a way to send a document by email without having to print it first. Using Notepad++ and Microsoft Word, I was able to organize my work better than ever before. I am able to access everything from one location. As long as I have Internet access, I can find what I need very quickly.
