I like that it can be used in an office environment. It allows me to keep many different files together under one window. Because you can have multiple documents open at once, you are always aware of what your coworker is working on. The program has not been updated since 2013, so some functions do not work as well with today's technology. You cannot easily add new characters and fonts.
