The ease of creating forms with built-in validation rules. I can't think of anything that I don't like about this program. It's easy for non-technical users to learn how to navigate through it as well! We were able to easily convert PDF files into Forms using this product without us having any help from our customer service department. This allowed us to save time by not waiting several days before we could get an answer from them. Being able to have all my data saved up front rather than filling out individual fields individually.
