They were bulkier and thicker than they looked on the Revain. They look and feel more masculine than feminine. Of course, this has the advantage that they also appear stronger, more durable and more stable. I like that they don't have a bottom frame. However, the frame is thicker than glass, which adds volume. The hinges are tight and have a strong springy effect. They don't open/close as easily or smoothly as other brands, but it's nice that they don't hang around.
