Some criticisms of weapons

Overall this is a good trainer with a few niggles here and there. All of this can be adjusted or toned down by the end user. So my biggest complaint is the weight. The heavier weight also causes the bridle to move too far back, which can cause instability during certain rollovers. Also, it requires some strength to move. I went ahead and used coarse sandpaper to shave the weight off the inside of the scale. Turning is much better now. The next complaint isn't about the knife, it's about the cheap by-product. Nothing on the knife is beveled, and the edges can actually chew on your fingers after long turns. I went ahead and used sandpaper to bevel all the edges and even round out the spine. Next nit pick. It could be smoother. More of an inexpensive by-product than anything else. When you're spending $10 on a machine, you shouldn't expect thousandths of a millimeter tolerances and that it runs on bearings. Use thinner oil in the kingpins. Maybe Nano Oil or Daiwa. Precise applicators make life easier. Final comment. Normally I would complain about a pinned construct. It's sinful not to let the end user customize their Bali (cough, Microtech), but this company seems to have gotten away with it. For $10 the trainer is in a good setup, didn't handle the game and didn't get out of setup. I hope it stays that way.
