I think most people have been annoyed by a loose toilet seat. If there are a few brands that use these screws and WORK VERY WELL to keep the toilet seat from slipping when you sit on it. These seats fold up for easy cleaning and simply slide back over the bolts after cleaning. I had to get a new set of screws because I installed a bidet on my toilet. These are very strong and grippy screws that need to be removed. I have no intention of doing this again unless I have to. I hope someone gets an award for this, it's a great invention. All you need is a standard five-eighths deep socket to install them and they DON'T MOVE, finally a toilet seat that doesn't dance under your butt when you sit on it.
