So, as others have said, this light made my beard very limp. She slept all day, not moving or eating. Trying to be cheap is not the way to go when it comes to their health. I can't speak for other reptiles, but not for bearded ones. Just spend the extra cost because your pet's life isn't worth it. The very next day after I bought a more expensive lightbulb, it lit up immediately. It's coming back fast!
