Terrible product, not satisfied with the purchase!
the seat has two power parts, for which it is attached to the back, they are rotated so that they take up less space during transportation, and during assembly they must be set in position for fastening. The kit comes with a hexagon with which you need to do this. In general, they tightened it so that it was not possible to unscrew it, the hexagon was stupidly licked. In general, it is better to buy another chair with which there will be no assembly problems.
