Died after 48 hours of use

I bought 2 hoping to use them with Echo Plus, was able to get it to vape but it only reads temp not humidity then died after 2 days ago there was an e3 message on the screen and then blank and can't turn it back on :( was hoping for a just working zigbee hydrometer
