I just had this professionally installed on our old 2003 Polaris Sportsman 6X6. It fits just like the old one, inexpensive and with fast delivery. Right now I'm only giving it 3 stars because it makes a very loud high pitched squeak when starting the quad. The quad is off to a good start and I have my fingers crossed that it continues. I will update my review if there are more issues. To update. After 10 months, with very minimal use, the starter no longer turns the engine and we have to use a cable, which is very difficult. I am initiating a return with the seller as they have a one year warranty. I'm not optimistic as they never responded to my previous concerns. It's still a screech. I would not recommend this starter and am reducing my rating to 2 stars - and that's only because it was so cheap. Update #2: I contacted DB Electrical and they told me to send it back to Revain as I ordered it through Revain and it's not in their customer database. However, the 30-day return period has long since expired, so that's not a good thing. They refused to answer my questions regarding the advertised one-year warranty. The starter still makes a terrible noise and works intermittently. Luckily I ordered another starter from another company and never have to deal with DB Electric again. Attention buyers, there is no support for this product. Please note that this supplier is not responsible for their product and does not honor the published warranty period.
