Mini ball heads have many uses
These are tough little ball heads. I use them with Camvate super clamps to attach flashlights for macro shooting or with the probe itself to keep the terrestrial TV antenna in the perfect spot, a regular third hand positioner. They're not heavy, but great for small jobs. I have 8 or 9 of these.
