evap canninster Best in Parts

I have a Dorman 911616 vacuum canister bought. There are no instructions. I called Amazon Tech. They didn't say anything about O-rings in the ports. They did a smog test to see if it's leaking. It cost one. Then to fix it, the second cost. Then to fix the part that was bad. It was more than a new part. Very bad service
