Great little tube amp with lots of power! I highly recommend it for beginners or experienced music lovers! Also, be very careful when replacing Chinese-made 6J4 bulbs with other brands' 6J4 bulbs. I did and it fried my first unit. I bought a second unit to replace the damaged one and it works great with the same Chinese made 6J4 bulbs. I connected a set of 3" 100 watt Pyle bookshelf speakers to the speaker using 16 gauge speaker wire into 8 ohms and banana plugs. Terminals and I can only keep the volume up to a quarter with full bass and treble and it's loud but very clear with no distortion. Maybe I'll buy a 3rd device just because I can't afford bad tubes that will ruin the amp. Just as good and cheap. Still a great buy!
