Speakers sound great. I connected them to a 500W Rockford Fosgate. Very clean in the highs, I had hoped for crisper mids, but the sound is great with the remaining speakers. I had an issue that I noticed upon unpacking. One speaker's speaker cone looked like it had a tiny crease or protrusion. I think it's the wire that connects the voice coil and the speaker wire. Good thing it was glued to the speaker cone, the cone wasn't balanced. (there was a ripple in the cone) Well about 6 months after stopping and jamming, I noticed a knock. The cone detached from the loudspeaker housing. basically blown up right where the crease in the cone was. I glued it on and it lasted about a year. I should have entertained him recently. The other speaker was ok. I wish I had thought more about it when I first got the speakers and swapped them out for the same speakers but without the creases on the cone. Next time they start rattling (hopefully in a year or more) I'll have to buy a replacement.
