The best thing about DB is their customer service department; they are always willing to go above and beyond for our business needs.

They truly understand any need or question that comes up from us and quickly respond with actionable plans and suggestions. It's been great working with them! I would say there aren't many problems we have had so far but when there is something it gets resolved right away. Our main focus now is to grow as much as possible which includes finding new customers who haven't worked with other carriers.
