It helps me as an employer finding candidates that are available at any given point in time while I am searching from my end (as well). There have been instances where it could take some minutes before someone responds since they may not always check their notifications regularly but once you get them working there's nothing much wrong about using talaio. For starters all your requirements such job role/profile etc will go straight into one place when posting jobs which makes things easier than having two apps open simultaneously just so we don't miss out anyone who fits our profile exactly right away!! And also being able find people locally if needed without paying ridiculous fees unlike other platforms like odesk / elance would make hiring super easy too!
