Review on NRG Innovations RST 009S RS Reinforced Steering by Chad Gravely

This is a good steering wheel and I love it so much I put it on my 2007 Shelby Mustang. The suede part isn't exactly solid, and when I first called NRG for information on what type of hub adapter I needed to attach to the steering column, I received terrible service. Because of this lack of help, I had to pay the mechanic another $100 to properly connect the horn when I needed it. (In most states, you'll pass inspection without an airbag, but you'll need a horn that's attached to the steering wheel like a button.) You lose a few stars for terrible service. All in all a great wheel, all said and done. I think NRG has lost a lot of customers because of its service experience and will probably lose a lot of customers.
