I had to remove the door because it only opens one way and I have to open it both ways. My cats won't use it if the only option is to get in and out from above. I bought hoping they always come out at the top so the junk doesn't get tracked down. But they won't use it because they can't go through the door, only enter. So I completely removed the door. But overall a nice box. I thought the price was a bit high but wouldn't mind if my cats used it for its intended purpose. You use it with the door closed. I wish it could oscillate, but I think that would render the top exit useless. Again nice liter box and fast delivery.
