A decent project management tool for teams working across various disciplines

I like that it allows me to see all my projects in one place and be able to manage them easily with out having to go through several different systems. The interface could have been improved as there are times when trying to navigate the application can become quite frustrating especially if you don't know where to look! Also would love more integration between P3P and HP PM so we can view our progress against these KPIs easier than using two separate applications which is what we currently do now. This has really helped us monitor how well each POC is progressing towards their targets.

Pros

Easy way for project managers/staff members working across multiple locations
Ability (with permission)to check your own hours worked via mobile device or web app.
Ease at tracking time spent easy logging into system, no need logout upon clocking off etc..just click submit button instead :)
Flexible scheduling options available depending whether user works Monday
Friday only; 8am till 5
