Product has been replaced twice due to shipping damage. Scope of delivery I also have many tips from Freud and I am very satisfied with all of them. Both in terms of quality and delivery. Unfortunately, this product is the only one with problems. If it hadn't happened twice it would have gotten 5 stars from me.
