I was hoping I would like this product but it doesn't help me at all. It never stays in my ear canal. In fact, the silicone never touches my ear (neither nor) so the sound only goes to the outer ear, not the ear canal. I often find that the music is still playing even though I don't hear it after a while because the sound never reaches my eardrums. If I was listening in silence I might be able to hear it normally, but I'm a manual laborer, work with or near noisy equipment, so the headphone is just a piece of plastic burdening my ear. I think rotating the headphones 200-250 degrees would hardly be a problem, but if only 180 degrees work then this device is completely useless to me regardless of sound quality or battery life. Life.
