Very difficult to connect

I have been connecting electrical devices for over 30 years and this plug is the worst design I have ever connected. First, the ground screw is half hidden by the case, making tightening difficult. The second problem is pucks on each edge. They are very difficult to align when tightening. It took me about 45 minutes to plug this connector in and my hands hurt upon completion. And in the end, I still don't feel confident about connections. I'm sure they will work to lose.
