Unfortunately it's just not well made. The first got DOA and the second came in working condition but after a week one of the support rollers broke or something; now it literally just doesn't exist. Heat and shrink in place, almost perfect, but the rollers themselves are incredibly hard, and like many of these cheaper ones, it's just these weird hard rollers with a few little bumps that don't feel too bad on the arc. actually there is actually too little pressure, but to be honest the ones that hit the balls of the feet are a bit sore and not very comfortable. I've had other Shiatsu massagers that mimic real hand pressure better, the plastic is a bit softer and they don't use a lot of small strokes, it doesn't mimic anything natural at all. Having said that, I'd almost say it's still worth it if I had a little more confidence in its durability, but I'd recommend spending a little more for a better system.
