
torque meter held 4 bolts (out of >20 on the oil pan) before the rubber gasket holding the clear plastic cover failed rendering it totally unusable. Too bad nobody has come up with a better design and most of the other ones available look like this. I'm not sure I'm willing to spend more than $100 on electronics. Having this product on the same page as Torque Wrenches gives the false impression that it has good reviews. Torque wrenches might work, but for me a torque angle sensor isn't worth it. I recommend you save money and look elsewhere for a torque encoder.
