I use it to hold posters and a magnetic 3" x 4" white board in meetings. I've installed it with both posters and whiteboard and it does the job. I switch the posters, raise the tip and simply tilt the board. It works and I can change it during a call. With the board I use the main requirement. The bottom of the board fits snugly into the bottom shelf without leaving the easel. The cotton lasts. This eliminates any swaying of the board on the easel. The easel bears the weight. Some care is needed when writing or drawing to keep the whiteboard easel unbalanced, but this easel is lightweight and portable, so we can display posters and use the whiteboard for meetings. Too many meeting items and no loose items is a godsend.
