I made Dresden fans with it and it saved time. Many, many quilters refuse to invest in specific lines for specific projects. This line SAVE TIME! This ruler makes 20 wedges per circle. I think it can be used for glasses too if you want. I've never used the circle pattern; I didn't like the size. I made my own
