Exceeded my expectations. It arrived on time as promised. Almost identical to the factory. Like 99%. It nourishes and warms you up. $50 sent versus nearly $300 and I should have received it myself. Came in a 2 piece set as the lid unless you are lucky enough to reuse an old matching lid. The dealer wanted $40, it was with one. It just snaps into place. Each piece is packed in a cardboard box filled with an airbag. Than in another airbag. Maybe overdone, but I like it. If you're nervous about doing it yourself, just check out YouTube. Lots of videos. It took me 30 minutes just because I had to look for tools. Would highly recommend this company
