Good heel cup! I also like the tongue on the heel. I am disabled but wanted them for walks/short hikes. The self-lacing grip is great! So much support keeping my foot in place, heel not slipping. I love purple fuchsia! By the way, I don't know why others said they were big. I wear sneakers, shoes and boots in size 9.5-10 US or 40-41 Euro (ASICS, ECCO, Ryka, Dromedaris, Pilkolinos, Sorel) all day long. I'm keeping a size 10 as I needed extra room for my socks. If this was a shoe I would wear barefoot the 9.5 would probably fit.
