Lightweight and fits well

I usually wear regular hiking shoes because I prefer the comfort and lightness of typical hiking shoes. However, I wanted shoes with better grip on gravel roads, this was a great solution to my problem and I haven't felt any sore muscles yet.

2nd pair and I love them

This is my second Solomon pair for hiking and exercising. I like the stability of the shoe. Colors always attract attention. They run big. I wear a size 8, bought a size 7 and they fit perfectly. I have a closet full of other big brand shoes but none fit like my Solomons so I'm getting rid of all the other "next best sneakers" from Nike, Puma, Adidas, Scketcher, Kswiss. I'm sick of it but as I get older I need technical shoes that are sexy!

Pros
  • Very good price
Cons
  • The list will be long.

Good grip, not suitable for wet terrain.

Half a size larger. My fingers definitely don't get caught. Wasn't worth my return as I usually wear my sneakers within 2 months. My main concern when buying running shoes is the sole, not the style. I found them slippery on the path/sidewalk when wet which disappointed me. They have the right support I need for my planter fasciitis. I only got 30 miles on them in the week I had them. It's too early to know how they will hold up.

Pros
  • Outstanding Overall Performance

LOVE the color and support/order your normal size!

Good heel cup! I also like the tongue on the heel. I am disabled but wanted them for walks/short hikes. The self-lacing grip is great! So much support keeping my foot in place, heel not slipping. I love purple fuchsia! By the way, I don't know why others said they were big. I wear sneakers, shoes and boots in size 9.5-10 US or 40-41 Euro (ASICS, ECCO, Ryka, Dromedaris, Pilkolinos, Sorel) all day long. I'm keeping a size 10 as I needed extra room for my socks. If this was a shoe I would wear…

EXCELLENT shoes BUT 0.5-1 size smaller

These shoes are perfect for hiking. I was initially skeptical about the lacing system, but it hugs the foot exactly as needed for stability over rough terrain. . I bought these after weeks of searching for the perfect hiking shoe for my day hikes in rocky and muddy terrain. The color is perfect too! The ONLY thing I would like to warn you before buying is to go down the size. I usually wear size 8 sneakers for most brands, sometimes 8.5. After reading the reviews I scaled them down to a 7.5 and

fits more but fits me

Love the reviews that say they are big. I've been trying on other brands' shoes lately and was shocked to see that a size 11 is just what I needed for length but not width if that makes sense. When it comes to shoes I usually take a size 9 across the board and I ordered a size 9.5 and am very happy with the fit. They fit my narrow, long legs like a glove and I don't have any issues with the toe box pinching my big toe often, requiring me to change my shoes. I like the outsole as it is durable…

Fit for running

I don't know why everyone says you have to downsize. I'm a regular size 9, ordered a size 9 and they fit just right. Less than my big toe reaches to my toe (to accommodate swelling and walking/walking down). Cozy on the hill. I finally found Salomon shoes that have a sufficiently high heel that fits snugly on the foot. Previously, such shoes were made for hiking, now all new models have a cup with a flat heel. I had to turn to her running shoes. The ink color is dark blue. I'm deducting half a…

Other reviews mentioning a large shoe size are correct.

This is my first experience with Salomon Supercross women's trail running shoes. I chose these shoes because the gyms were closed due to the COVID-19 crisis. So I started learning trail running and trail running to stay in shape. I was wearing a different brand of sneakers, but my feet and legs started to hurt after every walk or run. My walks were typically 90 minutes on paved paths, cement sidewalks, or wooded areas. I have read several reviews warning that the Salomon women's Supercross…
