Mine arrived without any of the velcro you use to fasten the skirt around the tree. You can see where it was barely glued. I wasn't expecting great quality for the price I paid but I REALLY expected it to be intact. The missing piece was not in the postal envelope so it must have fallen off before packing. That aside it will still work on my tree and my 3 year old loves it so I'm keeping it. completely made of felt material, nothing special. The stitching around Santa and the snowman is well done, but there are a lot of loose threads that need trimming. good size I plan to use it around a 4 foot tree but it will work on a larger tree too.
