It's useless if your gums and teeth aren't iron
I have very few regrets in life. However, buying these refills is probably my biggest regret! I have used a similar product before which has been great in every way. But they were sold out so I bought this product instead. The floss is coarse and does not go smoothly between the teeth. If you have small crowns or veneers, this material will feel like it's being pulled out because it's so rough it gets stuck between your teeth. It also cuts into the gums and is extremely painful to use. I've never had a bad thread and never thought there could be a bad thread. Now I know I was very, very wrong! I wish I could return them.
