It Definitely Works! Works instantly as soon as you put batteries in, read my TV and works just like my old one. Looks the same as my old one except for the writing on the bottom of the remote. This is a replica, not the original. It was thin and the plastic was cheap. At the same time, in less than a month, it breaks down in the battery section, it bends, so the rear part keeps falling. I give 3 stars because it works and if you take good care of it, don't let your kids use it. I think it's a worthy replacement. However, my kids are wild and wish I'd spent a few bucks more for an actual Sony remote.
