A recent buy from DAYU Online Store was one I come to deeply regret. I needed a new swimsuit for an impending beach vacation, and DAYU's website seemed to have some nice options. My interactions with the online shop were frustrating. The online size guide was incorrect, to begin with. The swimsuit I ordered in my regular size was too small when it came. I called customer support and was informed that they do not accept exchanges, so I would have to pay full price for a new suit. Unfortunately, I had already invested a lot of money into the first outfit, so this was a major letdown. Second, the bikini wasn't as high-quality as I had hoped. The fabric was thin and poorly stitched, giving off an impression of low quality. The suit did not perform as expected in the ocean, and I ended up having to buy a replacement from a different manufacturer. In conclusion, if you're in the market for a dependable and high-quality swimwear, I wouldn't suggest DAYU Online Store. The absence of an exchange policy and the unreliable sizing chart undermine customer trust, and the merchandise isn't worth the asking price. Don't bother, and go somewhere else.
