Where's the foam! for my opinion

BUYER BEWARE! I bought a king nest chair. Waited the amount of time for the "foam" (if you can call it that, it's pieces of shredded foam that looks like left over garbage) to expand. Folded it per instructions and put it in the Nest case. The case itself is well made. I got the fur top and that seems to be good quality.Back to the seat. I sat in it, my butt went straight to the floor and hit the floor. As I inspected it, it was obvious the case wasn't even HALF WAY full. You can see in my photos.I contacted Cordaroys and they said I can get filler foam for free. The box they sent was a joke. Not even enough to fill the "head pillow" part.Previously I purchased a full size years ago and it was great. BUT THEY CHANGED THEIR FILLER FOAM! My full wasn't pieces of foam and had a case inside so you could actually wash the mattress cover. Now, their return policy. I spend almost 600.00 on this "piece of crap" and I want my$ back or a new mattress since the one I got was defective. I'm given the run around.Because I have 600.00 invested in this thing, I just buy another mattress. 300.00 later, the mattress sent was the same crap foam in little pieces that when you lay on it, there's a ton of bare spots you are actually laying on the floor, no support. So I now have 2 mattresses shoved into my King Nest case just to get it to work. And it's not like I'm a beached whale needed all this support. I'm 5.9 muscular build and am 190#.In closing, BUYER BEWARE! The product is not what it was when they first came out. Their warranty is a joke and you'll end up with a big pile of crap.I hope this helps someone not get scammed like I did! Shame on you CordaRoy!
