Wow. I've been knitting for almost 7 years, 2 of them round. I used to hang them from a picnic basket or other handle and they kept getting tangled in the knitting basket. I bought it with my birthday money and all I can say is wow. I put off buying a special knit organizer because it was expensive and because it seemed pointless. Now I want to buy two more (one for straight needles and the other for a common knitting bag). It really makes a difference to have something special to knit instead of settling for what I found around the house. This is a luxury that actually makes knitting easier. Now I know where all my needles are. I used the smaller pockets for my 16 inch needles. The small pockets contain: 2, 3, 4, 4.5, 5, 5.5, 6, 6.5, 7, 8, 9, 10. The large pockets on "Page 2" contain my longer than 16 "Needles and a pouch are my DPNs. See page 3 for other smaller pouches (sizes 6mm and larger). Page 4 has two zipped pockets. I put my braiding needles and other small items in a sturdy plastic pouch, and the mesh pouch holds mine Embroidery supplies, counters and other bulky items. The mesh pocket offers more space than the flat plastic pocket. The fabric of the outer shell is also dense and durable. Overall I am very impressed with it and I believe it will solve my confusion as to where this mess at the bottom of the knitting basket is. The mesh bag offers more space than the flat plastic bag.
