When I tried them for the first time I left a bad review because they didn't fit my peloton and that's why I bought them. I never thought of joining the shoe company or Peloton. At this point I was really frustrated and I was out of the return window. The company contacted me and offered a refund and at the same time I found out what was wrong with the pedals that they didn't match the shoes. They also offered troubleshooting help as to why the shoes weren't working. They really wanted to get it right (although it was fine, I just had to adjust the pedals). I also really appreciate that the shoes came with their own small wrench to install the cleats. Another pair I ordered from another company didn't fit and these little wrenches can be hard to find.
