Works as just described. Fit perfectly like OEM.

I just bought a low mileage 2010 Honda CR-V. The first thing I do after buying a new used car is change the air filter. I change the air filter once a year. I do it myself because it's one of the easiest things to do to a car. No special tools or skills required! Just open the hood of your car and you will easily see the air filter box. Whenever I go to a mechanic for an oil filter, they say they also recommend replacing the air filter, which they charge at least $20-$25 for. This method is much more convenient and economical. This filter turned out the same as the factory filter. It fits perfectly in the air filter housing. There is a rubber seal underneath. I believe this will prevent particles from entering my car's engine. I feel this filter has slightly increased the performance of my Honda CRV. When I step on the gas pedal, I feel that it accelerates a little better. Just one little thing bothers me. I think the sound of my car has changed when accelerating. When accelerating, I started to hear the sound of the engine more. However, it won't last long. Only for 4-5 seconds when I first press the gas pedal. I'm not sure if this is due to the filter or just coincidence. It might even be my car's natural sound that I couldn't hear with the previous dirty filter. I'll find out what it is and revisit this review. So far I'm happy with this air filter. If this is your first time changing the air filter, check out the video I've attached!
