Too easy to open without knowing the combination

Although the Tarriss TSA lock with SearchAlert is very well made, it was too easy to unlock without knowing the combination or without the TSA key. I've found that if I hold the trigger (on the left) while turning each number individually from left to right, I can tell when the correct number is reached by feeling the knob move more moved than from another number. I could always open locks without even looking at them. Because they open with the right combination, they don't activate the SearchAlert indicator. Although I have never put any valuable items in checked baggage, I use TSA locks with a display function to have a chance of knowing that my baggage was being locked by, for example, a legitimate TSA employee or even by an unauthorized person with a TSA phrase was opened key. I had several times when the indicator said my bag was open but no longer had a TSA sign in it. To my knowledge, the TSA is required to put a note in every bag they open, whether it's locked or not. Also, there are ways to bypass the best locks, e.g. B. Unzip the zipper with a pen and then slide the zipper back and forth to close the bag without breaking any of the locks. There's really no way to tell if the bag is open or not, but I was surprised at how easy it was to pick this lock without knowing the combination.
