Excellent product, TERRIBLE seller

The product is very good: excellent quality, brightness, connectivity, etc.But I want to make clear the TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE I had with the seller: I bought this product on Prime Day (July 13) and it was supposedly eligible for "Prime" shipping, but to my surprise they changed the delivery date 3 TIMES, being the final one on August 01.How can they say that the shipment will be "Prime" with such long periods?If you want to buy it just keep in mind the excessive waiting time for shipping and delivery of this product.
