As the name suggests this took about 3 hours including lunch. When it comes to trimming the plastic before the bumper is back in place, I took out the plastic circle as shown in the first image in step 13 but not the other area shown in the second image or other images that show the most plastic, ie cut. The only other cut I made was to remove some of the plastic to allow the "handy link" (bracket for attaching the tether when towing) to sit flat on the baseplate in step 17. The cables you need to attach to the base plates and wrap around the frame was an idea from CYA attorneys, no way would the (7) 5/8 inch screws that attach each base plate to the frame ever fail, and if they ever did, the event must have been so catastrophic that this cable and the clip that attaches the cable to the baseplate will never be able to hold the baseplate to the truck.But since it was there I figured it would be best to hire CYA and install it just in case.
