Let me first say that this is the first review I have left on Revain - even after hundreds of purchases - this is the first review. The reason for this rating is that I sense a dangerous flaw in the handle design. The pan itself is amazing - it cooks very well. It's also quite heavy for a frying pan. The handle is extremely uncomfortable and the weight of the pan makes it difficult to balance when removing it from the hot stove. Unless you have a very strong grip, the pan can tip over and actually spill what you're cooking. Also, the edges of the handle make it difficult to get a sufficiently tight grip without causing pain. It's all very sad because I like everything about this pan except the handle. Other owners may disagree with this assessment - this is just my experience and I felt the potential hazard and fire was worth checking out.
