Ender5 pro 3D printer returns bad function

I bought the ender 5 3D printer, it was delivered a few days ago and it didn't work, I reordered it, it is yesterday arrived and the same problem, when i try to heat the base it turns off and on again but the base heater doesn't work. I will be returning these products and buying them elsewhere between ordering and now I've lost 3 weeks They have no quality control because it can't be that both printers have the same problem
