Review on Funnelback by Steven Ali

The best part of funnelback is the UI. It is very clean and easy to use. It is easy to learn and you can understand it within a short time. Sometimes you need to go through some documentation which is not very accessible. Maybe the documentation could be more user friendly for non-technical people. But overall, it is a good product. I am solving the problem of content visibility by using funnelback. I am using it for a B2B website. I like the overall interface design, being able to upload my own images. It was easy to use for the first few months but then it started slowing down. It also gets stuck sometimes when trying to add new pages or images. Also having to wait for the page to load before searching for new things can be a bit annoying. This is not a huge problem as of now but could get worse if they don't fix it soon. This helps with our marketing efforts by allowing us to easily find information related to our business.
