Easy to use for non-technical users as well! The ability to have multiple people working from different locations without having to be physically there is great too!! I wish it was more robust when using third party applications such as JIRA or Confluence - but that's not really an issue of CMDB itself so much as how they integrate into our environment.

We are solving issues related to change control by creating policies around what changes can go through each stage (e.g., testing/QA). This has been very helpful because we don't need to track every single piece of software down to version level if something needs changed later. It also provides us with visibility across all systems within the organization regarding who made which changes.
