LAST UPDATE!: I had to return this vacuum cleaner AGAIN that was just sent to me and was given a new one. This new one has already done the same thing as the first one and stopped sucking things up. I ended up with this vacuum cleaner because the two didn't even last 6 months together. It's not a bad vacuum cleaner when you first get it (as seen in the photos). I think it's because of my dogs. I have 2 german shepherds, they don't shed that much but they shed. So if you are a dog owner I would not recommend this vacuum cleaner. He doesn't do the job like he says. It's more of a hassle than anything because we have to keep coming back and getting a new one. First update!!.!.!.!: I had this vacuum cleaner for a month before I had to go back and swap it out for another because it just stopped vacuuming things. However, the process was easy and for $70 it was worth it. Still better than the ones you can buy at Walmart for $70. I love this vacuum cleaner. Of course I only used it once; However, I made sure to run it a second time as I've read that some people can't run it a second time. They sent me an extra vacuum belt in case I needed one, that's nice to say! I have 2 German Shepherds and a boy who sheds. So you usually have to vacuum every day. Our vacuum broke so we bought this one hoping it would do the job. We went two days without vacuuming and the photos say the rest. The vacuum cleaner says "pet" everywhere. Let me tell you right away, the suction REALLY works! That is much. After I finished vacuuming, I lay down on the floor in my black shirt and there was almost no hair on it. This is surprising as I have asthma and pet dander is a concern. The only complaint I have is that the package did not come in an Amazon box. So they left a vacuum cleaner box outside my door for anyone to see what it is and pick it up. That upset me. Also, the vacuum seems a bit short. It's like it's the perfect vacuum cleaner for small women, but when a man tries to use it, it becomes inconvenient because it's so small and light. Finally no place for the pet brush. So we just have to spread it out and hope we don't lose it because there's no place to put it in a vacuum. But overall I'm satisfied.
