Good filter for small aquarium

Quiet filter, works well. Ideal for a small tank (3 gallons or less) with few fish, but won't be able to handle a very dirty tank. The filter material consists of two sponges, one large, the other a little thinner. That's all. I inserted a very small sachet of ceramic biomedium into the well of the filter. There's no activated charcoal, but they make a cartridge filter out of filament that has a small amount of activated charcoal in it if that's important to you. The flow is adjustable, which is fine for my fish on the lowest setting, but can be a bit turbulent with anything under 3 gallons. I also placed a small sponge over the intake basket to ensure my roasts don't get sucked in. This also prevents long fins from being sucked in and adds another layer of biofiltration. I used a Fluval Edge pre-filter sponge for this. The pre-punched hole was too big so I just used a rubber band to secure it. It appears to be largely identical to Azoo Mignon 60, another well-established HOB nanofilter.
