*****Update 02/08/2018 - I have had no problems with this toaster and my family and have used it every day for the past year. I'm happy to stand by my rating and would like to buy another one. ***** There are already tons of reviews on this item so I'll get straight to the point and answer questions that were still floating around in my head as I reviewed this toaster after reading all the reviews. Will it fit a 9x13 saucepan with handles? My goodness... and more. We cook meals in our toaster oven which we feed to a family of 5. We've owned it for a week now and haven't turned on our full size oven yet. Serious. We might miss a full oven during the holidays, but 363 days a year, we'll probably be wondering why our full oven takes up so much space. We joked about getting another one when we needed "double ovens". For $50...why not? Is it worth the money and if so why is it so cheap? yes it costs money If you've experienced the build quality of, say, a Breville toaster, you'll understand why it's $50 and not $300. Does it still look beautiful and feel like it will last for years? Absolutely. Can he make toast and if so is it as slow as everyone says? Yes, it makes a nice toast. is it slow Haven't tried it against my toaster yet, it might be worth it, but it doesn't feel any slower. Add to that the fact that I can make 8 toasts at a time for my growing family... I'd say it's much, much faster overall. Will it be as hot outside as others say? Oh damn yes. There are warnings everywhere and they are not kidding. I ran the top end to 160F as I warmed up to 450F inside. Keep in mind, though, that you're cooking an entire pan of 9x13 lasagne in this thing, so just give it some room to work. It heats up faster and runs cooler than a full oven, it just doesn't insulate as well for $50. is he loud My kids can be noisy. My lawn mower is making noise. This thing only circulates warm air... makes me dinner. If it's noisy, you spend too much time alone. Is there only 1 booth? Yes. Why? Because if you have 2 racks, people will put toast on both racks and then the bottom of the top rack and the top of the bottom rack will not be toasted and they will complain. A lot of people put the crumb tray in the wrong place (which is very, very easy to do) and then complain that it doesn't bake/fry properly. Therefore there is 1 shelf. So this thing is worth every penny, and once you've bought it and used it with adult paraphernalia, you'll probably wonder why they don't charge more for it.
